Steven graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A. 1974) and New England School of Law (J.D. 1977, cum laude). He serves as a City, Village and Town attorney for various municipalities. Steve also is a Sauk County Court Commissioner, and member of the Wisconsin League of Municipal Attorneys , Wisconsin Towns Association, Sauk County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and American Bar Association. Steve has also been a lecturer for University of Wisconsin Extension Estate Planning courses.

David A. Geier (In Memoriam, 1954-2018)

After practicing law in the City of Madison and surrounding counties for over 36 years, David A. Geier passed away on November 28, 2018. David was one of our firm's founding partners, and his dedication, selflessness, and tireless advocacy have been guiding principles of our firm from day one. We honor him in our continued adherence to those principles in our interactions with our clients, with our colleagues, and with anyone who life may put in our path. It is difficult for us, in the breadth of a few sentences, to describe the impact he had on us, so we will lean on David once more and put it in his own words: "Remember how blessed you have been and the wonderful feeling that comes with paying it forward. Remember that each day is precious and that we are only travelers through this life. Never take life and its many wonders for granted."

Timothy M. Homar

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin (B.A. 1999) and University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D. 2006, cum laude). Tim is actively involved in his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Sauk Prairie Healthcare, as President of Sauk Prairie Dollars for Scholars, and on the Board of Directors for 6:8, Inc. Tim previously served as a director and officer of the Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce from 2012-2018. He also serves on the Sauk Prairie Municipal Court Commission. Tim is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Sauk County Bar Association, Wisconsin League of Municipal Attorneys, and the Wisconsin Towns Association. Tim is a general practice attorney with his focus in estate planning, trusts, real estate transactions and title issues, contracts, municipal law, and business organizations.

Thomas Arnon Allen (of counsel)

Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.S. 1984; Bacteriology) and University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D. 1992, cum laude, Wisconsin Law Review). He has served as general counsel for various software and technology companies, as well as a large engineering and construction subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. Tom is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property, general business, and corporate law. In addition, he represents businesses in the areas of construction, commercial real estate, and employment law.

Joseph P. Humphrey

Admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2008. Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville (B.A. 2005, summa cum laude) and Drake University Law School (J.D. 2008, with honors). He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association. Joe was previously employed as a Staff Attorney by the Dane County Circuit Court handling civil, criminal and administrative matters. Joe volunteers regularly with the Schools of Hope Program, the United States Marine Corps League, and coaches the Middleton High School Mock Trial team. His practice centers around civil litigation and personal injury, yet he also handles collections, real estate deals, estate planning, among his general legal practice.
