GHR assists with DuMore Corporation's asset acquisition
The DuMore Corporation, located in Mauston, announced that it acquired the assets of Grove Die Casting, Inc. located in Union Grove. The acquisition provides an opportunity for DuMore to vertically integrate and minimize its dependence on out of state or offshore die casting supply. DuMore Corporation's President and CEO, Guillermo "Wil" Fernandez, thanked Attorney Steve Roy for his role in making DuMore's continuing growth possible in the company's press release announcing the acquisition.
